Basalt, Marble and Granite Sculptures of Isamu Noguchi
Rediscovered my love of sculpture through the stone works of the Japanese-American artist, Isamu Noguchi. The pictures are from a recent visit to the Noguchi Museum in Queens, NY. I used to frequent this sculpture gallery often when my studio was in Long Island City, but it still serves as a place of inspiration and awe. Just love the different shapes and textures achieved in stone.
