Retail Team Member

We are looking for a thoughtful and capable person to join our retail team in Manhattan. This role requires strong product knowledge, clear communication, and a genuine interest in craft and design. You will assist clients in the gallery, support online inquiries, and help maintain the integrity and presentation of our collections. Care, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

As a small team, responsibilities are varied and hands-on. In addition to retail sales and customer service, tasks may include inventory support, light fulfillment coordination, and day-to-day gallery upkeep. You will work closely with our creative and online teams.

Part-time position.
