Retail Team Member

We are looking for top-notch sales associates – someone who is polite, enthusiastic and who consistently drives excellence in customer service with superior product knowledge. Must ensure our brand mission and brand stories are continually being represented. Curiosity, organization and responsibility are the backbone of this role. Tasks will vary depending on where assistance is needed and predominantly include customer service in store and through industry networks, product expertise and general store upkeep. Collaboration with our creative team and online operations will occur. Part-time positions and full-time positions available.

Web and Media Management

We are looking for a multiple-skilled individual interested in creating digital content for Nalata Nalata on our social media and e-commerce platforms. The role includes strategizing retail releases with our sales team to coincide with e-commerce updates and with in-store visual merchandising. Management of email newsletters and social media content are amongst other tasks. Must be familiar with Adobe Suite, and applying content to e-commerce and social media platforms. Photography skills are a strong asset. Part-time positions available.
