Assistant Retail Manager

Retail Team Member

We are looking for top-notch sales associates – someone who is polite, enthusiastic and who consistently drives excellence in customer service with superior product knowledge. Must ensure our brand mission and brand stories are continually being represented. Curiosity, organization and responsibility are the backbone of this role. Tasks will vary depending on where assistance is needed and predominantly include customer service in store and through industry networks, product expertise and general store upkeep. Collaboration with our creative team and online operations will occur. Part-time positions available.

Shipping, Receiving, and Fulfillment Specialist

This individual will need the ability to understand our inventory systems thoroughly. They will collaborate closely with our retail team to ensure that orders are shipped and fulfilled in a professional manner. Fulfillment includes orders placed in store for shipping, and through our online system. This individual will occasionally communicate with our shipping partners and process returns. Inventory management tasks will be assigned along with physical tasks associated to shipping and receiving incoming and outgoing packages.
