Terms and Conditions
General Information
Welcome to our website, www.nalatanalata.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website.
Payments and Charges
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard), PayPal, NihaoPay and cryptocurrencies as forms of payment. Orders from USA are subject to state and/or local sales tax where applicable. All orders from Canada are subject to GST (5% tax) charges. Nalata Nalata reserves the right to amend prices on the site at any time. Shipping charges are not included in the price of the product. Shipping charges are determined by the size of your order in total volumetric weight and taxes in accordance with State policies.
Order Processing
Nalata Nalata will process your online order within 24-48 hours of receiving your request on weekdays, given all items are in stock. Occasionally items may be oversold. All backordered items that are incoming will ship as we receive them and therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We will contact you if any of your items are backordered in the event changes are needed to proceed. All specialty, bulk and custom-made orders are final upon confirmation and payment.
Orders will also be accepted via email for all merchandise. When an order is placed on the website, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. The order acceptance will be when the funds have been received and the product(s) have been dispatched to you. In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.
When ordering goods from Nalata Nalata for international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other customs-related charges. Nalata Nalata is not responsible for any such charges, which are determined by your local customs authorities and are outside of our control. For further information on customs and import policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other recipient-related reason, the customer remains responsible for all resulting costs incurred by Nalata Nalata, including but not limited to return shipping charges, carrier fees, customs charges, storage fees, and any other associated expenses. Such amounts may be deducted from any refund or invoiced separately if applicable.
Nalata Nalata ships orders using the carrier selected at checkout. Orders are primarily dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays, though shipments may also be sent on other business days. Your shipping options and cost will be outlined at the time of checkout. You may track your order via the carrier’s website after your order has shipped. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Any other questions about your order may be directed to [email protected]
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges may be done if initiated within 14 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unused condition with attached tags and packaging. Nalata Nalata will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection and approval, an Exchange or Store Credit will be issued, less an applicable restocking fee. No Refunds. Restocking fees are typically 10% but may vary depending on the circumstances. All sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Nalata Nalata does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the buyer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee and re-stocking fee. These fees will vary on a per item basis.
If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between Nalata Nalata and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply and be the basis of the discussions.
Lost or Damaged Items
You understand and agree that Nalata Nalata shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage or loss caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Nalata Nalata will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. Please note that international orders may be shipped via regular airmail and often do not come with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
